According to the State bylaws, resolutions for consideration will be accepted no later than 45 calendar days which set the deadline at February 25, 2026.

Each Council is entitled to send two members in the Third degree to serve as the official delegates, who could be eligible for a per diem as set by the State Executive Committee provided they participate in the required business meetings. *Councils must be in good standing with the Supreme and State Councils per capita to be eligible to send delegates.*
Each council is authorized to name two alternates to serve as representatives should the primary council delegates be unable to attend.
Please only one registration for all Delegates (2) and Alternates (2) per council
