State Deputy presents Dubuque Chaplain of the Year Award

On June 19th, State Deputy, Steve Vonnahme, presented the Chaplain of the Year award for the Dubuque archdiocese to Father Brian Dellart after mass at St. Joseph's in New Hampton. Father Brian is a member of Council 1697 in New Hampton
