An virtual exemplification will be held on Wednesday July 19. The exemplification will begin promptly at 7:00PM.
This exemplification gives you a rich history on how Catholics have and continue to play a significant role in the shape of our American society, and to implore us to continue to be religious patriots in our community today.
The cost for this experience of a lifetime is $50 per candidate; $25 for priests, deacons, and seminarians.

1) Complete the Form 4- Click HERE to download a Form 4e. Print, get the signatures, and mail in (address below) OR scan and email to districtsecretary@iowakofc.org
2) Pay for the experience- Cost is $50 per candidate ($25 for priests, deacons, and seminarians). Mail your payment to the address below.
3) Come dressed for the experience!- Grab a suit, tux, or jacket with tie. Clergy/ Religious may wear clerical attire, and candidate serving in the armed forces of his country, police and firefighters may wear a Class A or dress uniform.
