The Atlantic, Iowa Knights of Columbus Council number 1164 has made recent donations to 4 local food pantries as follows: $1,600 to the Atlantic Food Pantry, $300 to the Griswold food pantry, $150 to the Anita food pantry, and $150 to the Cumberland food pantry. These donations are just in time for Thanksgiving meals for those in need. Proceeds from a recent raffle of a Traeger Grill were used to make donations to various charitable causes including these food pantries. The Atlantic Council 1164 has earned the prestigious star Council award the past 5 years in a row, and six out of the past seven years. Council 1164 has met and exceeded the goals from the Knights of Columbus Supreme office!
