Gather your brother Knights and head to Omaha, NE on Sunday, November 13 for our annual Iowa/Nebraska Patriotic Exemplification, honoring our military veterans.
The Nebraska District, under the leadership of MFD Mark Borytsky is the host for the degree, and it would be a testament to the our veterans to have a large turnout at this event.

Cost
The exemplification fee for candidates is $70.00, which includes the candidate's lunch. Extra lunch tickets are $15.
Dress Code
A candidate will wear a black or dark (blue or gray) business suit, with black shoes, white dress shirt and dark tie. A tuxedo is acceptable, but no longer required.
A candidate serving in the Armed Forces of his country, full-time police, and firefighters may wear a Class A or dress uniform.
A candidate who is also a priest or deacon may wear clerical attire.

Mail all copies of the Form 4 – Fourth Degree Membership Document (properly signed) along with a check (payable to: Nebraska District Master) for your $70.00 Exemplification fee and request for additional guest meal tickets payment to:
